2 beaten eggs
3/4 C milk
1/2 C fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 C finely chopped onions
2 T snipped parsley
1 t salt
1/2 t ground sage
1/8 t pepper
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 C catsup
4 T brown sugar
2 t dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine the eggs and milk; stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage and pepper. Add ground beef. Thoroughly mix meat and seasonings. Spoon meat mixture into a loaf pan. Bake in 350º oven for 50 min. Spoon off drippings and fat.

To glaze meat loaf, combine the catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard; spread over top of meat loaf. Bake 10 min. longer.
