1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
garlic powder
2 T chili powder
1 med. onions, chopped
2 t garlic salt
1 can (16 oz) Kidney beans
1 t pepper
2 C water
1 t dried oregano
1 can (16 oz) petitie diced tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 t ground cumin
1/2 t red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, garlic and onion in a Dutch oven; cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain. Add beans and next ten ingredients; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
