8 c cucumbers, seeds removed
4 c green tomatoes
4 c onions
1 sm cabbage
4 carrots
1 c pickling salt
water, enough to cover relish
6 T prepared mustard
1/2 T tumeric
1 c flour
4 c sugar
6 c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pass through grinder, cucumbers, green tomatoes, onions, cabbage and carrots. Add 1 c pickling salt and enough water to cover relish. Lest rest 1 hour. Drain. Put in a big kettle. Add prepared mustard, turmeric, flour, sugar and vinegar. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Cook 15 minutes stirring often. Ladle into jars. Process in canner 30 minutes.
