3/4 lb of steak
1/3 green pepper
1 small can of green chili peppers
1 small onion
1 tomato
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
3 oz grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese if desired
4 large flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Cook thinly sliced steak in a skillet with Tbsp of olive oil
and add spices while cooking. Cube the vegetables and sauté in small amount of olive oil then combine with meat.
Place a tortilla in the skillet and add 1/2 cup of steak/vegetable mixture and add cheese. Fold the tortilla in half with the mixture inside and brown the tortilla on both sides then cut the tortilla into pie shaped pieces.
