2lbs chuck roast, cut into small cubes
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 - 15 ounce can beef broth
1 - 8 ounce can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tsp Texas chili powder
1- 8 ounce can diced green chilies
1 small can sliced black olives

Brown meat well, add a clove of garlic, one onion and 1/2 green pepper all chopped. Add salt, pepper and Accent to taste. Add one can tomato sauce and one can of beef broth, cover and simmer 45 min.

Add 1/2 tsp oregano, 2 tsp Texas chili powder (test after each tsp). Add one small can of diced green chilies and simmer 30 min. then add one small can of sliced black olives and cook for 15 min more.
