1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk or sour milk
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Combine all ingredients in bowl and stir
until all ingredients are moistened. Pour into greased and floured
8 or 9 inch square or round pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Serve with butter and honey or honey butter.

If you make your own cornmeal, the flavor is hard to beat. I
make cornmeal with my food dehydrator and sweet corn.
This corn bread is particularly good at a Thanksgiving or
