1 cup up chicken
1 tlbs oregano
salt
pepper
seasoned salt
4 bay leaves
2 cups carrots
1 cup mushrooms
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Flour
2 cups cooking oil
1 large onion
1 bell pepper or red pepper
3 cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
season chicken with season salt, salt, pepper according to your taste. Heat large skillet with cooking oil. Coat your chicken with flour and place in hot oil, cook until brown (chicken does not need to cook until done). When chicken has browned place in a large baking dish or pan, cut up onion and bell pepper in strips and spread over chicken . Pour in two cups water, put in all othe ingredients and place baking dish in oven. Cook at 350º for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
