1 (8 oz) softened cream cheese
1 (7 oz) marshmallow cream
1 T orange juice
1 t grated orange peel
dash ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients with mixer until well blended. Refrigerate and serve with frest fruit. Makes 1 1/2 Cups. If you do not have all the ingredients, just mix the first two ingredients and that will make a fine fruit dip.
