2 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
2 boxes pasta noodles
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. red wine vinegar
1 c. finely chopped carrots
1 c. chopped peppers
1 c. cubed sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. pepperoni
1 - 4 oz. can black olives

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook noodles and cool completely. Mix together dry Italian dressing, sugar, oil and red wine vinegar. Pour over noodles. Add cheese, pepperoni, olives and vegetables.
