2 TLB. Flour
2/3 Cup Buttermilk
1 2/3 Cup Sugar
1 TLB. Lemon Extract
2 TLB. Butter, melted
1 pie crust

**Mix eggs, sugar, flour, lemon extract, buttermilk and melted butter together and pour into prepared deep dish pie crust. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
