1 4 - 5 lb Brisket, seasoned w/ salt & pepper
1 Onion, sliced
3/4 c. Beef Stock or Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Placed seasoned brisket in crock pot fat side up. Place sliced onions over brisket and pour broth over all. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. When done, slice thinly across with the grain.

This is very easy and tender. Great with Latkes! You can also serve on sandwich buns and/or add BBQ sauce during the last few hours of cooking.
