Chicken breast & thighs (3-4 each),
4 Chicken boullion cubes,
1/2 stick margarine,
1 can cream of chicken soup,
1 lb. velveta (cubed),
crushed crackers
12 oz spagetti - broken in 2-3 pieces
salt & pepper as desired

Directions:
Cover chicken in water, add boullion cubes. Cook till done. (20 -30 min). Remove chicken from broth & let cool. Cut into bite sized pieces. Add spagetti to broth, cook as directed on package. When done, pour off half of the broth, but save it. Add cream of chicken soup, margarine, cheese and chicken. Stir well, adding more broth if too thick. Top with crushed crackers. (can use crushed chips if desired) Pour into 9x12 pan. Bake 350º uncovered for 20 min.
