1 c. Butter, softened
3/4 c. Vegetable Oil
2 c. Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 tsp. Cream of Tarter
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tbsp. White Vinegar
4 c. Flour
18 oz. Milk Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Mix butter & sugar, mix well. Add oil and eggs, mix well. Add vanilla, cream of tarter, salt, soda and vinegar (mix these last two together before adding to cookie mix). Mix well. Add flour one cup at a time and mixing well. Add chocolate chips (any combination such as semi-sweet, milk, nuts or m&m's). Drop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 12 minutes.
