10 - 12 large potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 envelope ranch seasoning mix
Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and cook in boiling water until soft.

2. Mash adding milk and remaining ingredients.

3. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake 45 minutes.
