1 unbaked pie crust
4 eggs
3 cups whole milk (using 2% or less makes your pie too runny)
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
nutmeg to sprinkle on top

Mix together (with mixer) all ingredients except nutmeg. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at
