1 large baguette of crusty Italian bread
1/2c. mayonnaise
1T. dijon mustard
1tsp. horseradish (more if desired)
lettuce
tomato sliced
red onion sliced
green pepper sliced
slices of ham, turkey,cheddar cheese, swiss cheese
pepperoncini peppers, stemmed and sliced
alphalfa sprouts

Slice bread open, lay flat, scoop some of the bread out. Mix mayo, mustard, horseradish. Spread on both sides of baguette. Put lettuce on bottom side. Start layering with ham, swiss cheese, turkey, cheddar cheese, tomato, red onion, green pepper, and pepperoncini. End with alphalfa sprouts. Fold over top and secure with toothpicks. Slice.
