1 cup banana or apple sauce
2 egg beaters or 1 egg
1/2 cup oil
3/4 teaspoon soda
small amount of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
cup oatmeal
1 cup flour
1 cup raisins
1 cup pecans
4 packages Sweet & Low

Bake in 9x13 pan in a 300 degrees oven for 30 minutes. Cool and cut in squares.
