Two cooked roast chicken breast ,
1 package of chinese noodles thin,
Sliced red, green yellow peppers
1/2 a pound of sliced mushrooms,
1/2 a pound of broccoli florets
2T of oil. salt, pepper,parsley, paprika
or, Mrs. Dash if desired.
Jar of Sweet and Sour sauce.

Directions:
Cube chicken as desired. Heat 2tbs oil in wok add cubed chicken and seasonings, and brown, add vegetables and mix everything together on low cover until sauteed. Add Sweet and Sour sauce mix through. Boil chinese noodles for 4 minutes uncovered drain. Serve: noodles on platter with vegetables and chicken on top.
