5 cups finely crumbled cornbread
1 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1Tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 stick butter
4 Tbsps. margerine
4 eggs, beaten
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
Chicken Broth
sage to taste

Preheat oven to 350º

Thoroughly combine all seasonings in a small bowl and set aside. In a large skillet melt the butter and margerine; add onions, bell peppers, celery,and garlic over high heat; saute about 2 minutes. Add the seasoning mix and continue cooking vegetables until they are barely wilted, about 5 minutes. Turn off heat, Add cornbread, cream of chicken soup and eggs, stirring well. Add chicken broth as needed until you get the consistency you want. Bake at 350º until browned on top, about 35 to 40 minutes.
