1 uncooked 9 inch pie deepdish shell
1 can condensed milk
2 eggs separated (slightly beat the yolk)
1/2 cup of lemon juice (or to your taste)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix all of the ingredients (except sugar, egg whites and cream of tartar), and pour into the unbaked pie shell.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then add the sugar and cream of tartar, and mix well. Bake at 350º until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Cool on rack and refrigerate.
