4-5 chicken breasts
1 bunch broccoli, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 to 1 c bread crumbs
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Stew chicken until tender and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Spray bottom of casserole dish with cooking spray and line with broccoli pieces. Lightly cover broccoli with grated cheese. Layer chicken pieces on top of cheese. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Cover with remaining cheese and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
