Broccoli
Large can of lowfat Cream of Mushroom soup
Celery
Sliced Mushrooms
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Layer skinned chicken that has been cooked until brown. Sautéing in sauce pan: broccoli, celery and sliced mushrooms. After sautéing add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Pour mixture over chicken breast and bake in oven until chicken breast is done.
