5 lbs hamburger
3 eggs
1 Tbsp McCormack's Montreal Chicken Seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans of tomato soup
1 green pepper chopped small
salt &pepper to taste
1 box (16 oz) saltines, crushed
1 medium onion, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Save one can of tomato soup to pour on top. Mix the rest of the ingredients; shape into two loaves. Place both loaves on a cookie sheet. Bake for 70 minutes at 350 degrees. Pour saved can of tomato soup over the top; bake another 20 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
