6 - 8 medium size white potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 can evaporated milk
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into chunks. Cook in enough water to cover real good until done. Cook until they begin to fall apart, stir with fork to make them thick and saucy. Add butter, evaporated milk, salt and pepper.
