1 small pkg. macaroni
1 lb cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup mayannaise
1 large jar pimento
1/2 pint sour cream
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions but omitting 1 cup water. Mix soup, mayonnaise, pimento and sour cream together. Butter a casserole dish. Layer macaroni and soup mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese over each layer. Repeat. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Heat in 350 oven until hot and bubbly.
