1 c. orzo, cook "al dente," DO NOT OVERCOOK.
3 T. chopped red onion
1/4 c. julienne sundried tomato
1 c. chopped seeded cucumber
2 T. chopped fresh basil
2 T. chopped black olives
2 T. capers
1 chopped, roasted red/yellow pepper
3 1/2 oz. crumbled feta

Dressing::
1 tsp. grained Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 T. balsamic vinegar
2 T. garlic oil
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mustard, sugar and vinegar, then whisk in oil to make dressing. Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over mixture and refrigerate. Add feta cheese when cool.
