1 lb. package of cabbage/slaw mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
1 c. cashews
2 pkgs. chicken Ramen soup mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Break up Ramen soup noodles into small pieces. In a large bowl, mix noodles, slaw mix and water chestnuts. To make dressing, mix sugar, oil, vinegar and packets of dry soup mix. Pour over salad at least 2 hours before serving. Add nuts and seeds just before serving.
