1 T oil
small onion, chopped
small carrot, chopped
2 14.5 oz cans of chicken broth
1 c water
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 15 oz can Northern Beans (drained and rinsed)
3/4 c uncooked small spiral pasta
3 c sliced fresh spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Saute in 1 T oil: onion and carrot. Add and bring to a boil: chicken broth, water, salt, and pepper. Add and cook 15 minutes: beans and pasta. Stir in spinach until wilted. Remove from heat and serve.
