2/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine
2 tlbs sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic chopped
1 fryer cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Made sauce, using soy sauce and sugar, wine, ginger, garlic, marinate chicken in sauce for 1 hour. place in baking dish.
bake at 325 for 1 hour, basting 2 or 3 times.
