2 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
4 riped bananas smashed
1 tsp vanilla flavor
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine the milk, cream, eggs, granulated sugar, and salt. cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens slightly and coats the spoon about 10-minutes. Refrigerate the mixture in a covered bowl for at least 3 hours. meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir the bananas, vanilla flovor, lemon juice, and nutmeg together until smooth. stir the cooled custard into the banana mixture, pour the custard into the canister of a 2-quart ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer instruction of freezer.
