1 pkg. frozen bread dough, thawed
1 egg white, beaten slightly
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. coarse salt

Preheat oven to 400º. Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray. Divide dough in half on a lightly floured surface. Using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll each dough to a 9X7 inch rectangle. Cut each rectangle into 9 (1X7 inch) strips. Shape each strip into a pretzel. Moisten ends with water and press to seal. Place pretzel on prepared baking sheets. Cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in a warm place until almost doubled about 20 minutes. In a small bowl, combine egg whites and water. Mix well. Brush pretzels with egg white mix. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Bake pretzels in batches until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Place baking sheets on wire racks and cover slightly. Serve warm.
