1 lb. ground beef
grated colby cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
12 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain grease. Add all 3 soups undiluted and the Rotel (undrained). Stir all together. Spread a small amount (enough to cover bottom) in the bottom of a 9X13 casserole dish. Place 6 flour tortillas on top of mixture; put meat mixture on top of tortillas then 6 more tortillas. Top tortillas with remainder of meat mixture, then top with grated cheese. Cook in 350º
oven for 30 minutes.
