1/2 c. Butter 2 tsp. Baking Powder
4 oz. Cream Cheese 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 c. Powdered Sugar 1 c. Oats
3 T. Lemon Concentrate 2 c. All-Purposed Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Egg

2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 c. Oats
2 c. All-Purposed Flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the vanilla and egg. In a seperate bowl combine Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Oats, and Flour. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix well. Dropp cookies 2 inches apart unto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350alt0169 for 8-10 minutes or until they start to turn golden on the tops.

Optional: to make them look lemony, you can add a little bit of yellow food coloring or substitute 1/4 c. of lemonade powder for 1 Tbsp. of the lomen concentrate.
