8 Chicken Tenders
1/4 c. Water
1-20 oz jar Salsa
1 7 oz. can Olives
1 c. Onions Chopped
1c. Green Pepper Chopped
1 c. Red Cabbage Shredded
1 c. Corn (optional)
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken tenders in a large sauce pan with water until cooked through. Then place in a 9"x13" pan. Add Vegetables (gr. peppers, onions and cabbage). Pour Salsa generously ove the top, spread evenly over all the chicken pieces. sprinkle olives on top the top. Salt and Pepper to taste. Bake 350º for 30 min. If desired, serve on rice and garnish with cheese.
