Shrimp Jambalya Recipe

5 slices diced bacon
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 med. onion chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1 chopped green pepper
1-28oz can tomatoes
3 cloves curshed garlic
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup cubed ham

In soup kettle fry bacon until crisp remove, drain and set aside. In bacon fat saute onions, pepper, garlice and rice 5 minutes. Add rest of ingrediants, cover and simmer until cooked, approx. 15 minutes.

Serve and sprinkle with bacon
