12 Slices Bacon
2/3 C. Margarine
2/3 C. Flour
7 C. milk or 1/2 & 1/2
4 lg. Baked Potatoes, peeled and cubed
4 Green Onions
1 1/2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 C. Sour Cream
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place bacon in large skillet. Cook until browned. Drain, crumble and set aside. In stock pot or dutch oven, melt margarine. Whisk in flour until smooth, gradually stir in milk whisking constantly until thickened. Stir in potatoes and onions. Brind to a boil stirring frequently. Reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Mix in bacon, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Continue simmering until cheese is melted.
