1 box of yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 small box lemon pudding
¾ cup oil

Glaze:
1 lb confectioners' sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
3 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon water
⅓-½ cups lemon juice

Muffins:
Spray Pam© in mini muffin tins.
Fill ½ full of batter
Bake at 350º for 12 minutes

Glaze:
Drizzle over cooled muffins
