Ingredients:  
1 stick oleo,
1 c sugar,
2 eggs,
1/8 c milk
2 c cubed fresh bread,
1 3/4 c crushed pineapple and juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oleo and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add milk and cubed bread. (You can remove crust if you like). Add crushed pineapple and juice.
Bake in greased uncovered casserole 1 hour at 325º (or longer if needed). Juice will subside when done.
Note: This will freeze to bake later. Let sit at room temp 1/2 hour before baking.
