4 medium Vidalia onions (or any other sweet onion)
Olive oil flavored cooking spray
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Place onion wedges on a baking pan coated with the cooking spray. Lightly coat onions with the cooking spray. Sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper over onions. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Turn onions over and bake an additional 25 minutes or until tender. Place in serving dish and sprinkle balsamic vinegar over onions.
