1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
4 skinned salmon fillets about 1 inch thick
salt and lemon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together vinegar and honey. Rinse fish and pat dry. Lay fillets on a lightly oiled baking pan. Brush tops with the vinegar/honey mixture.
Broil fish 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 minutes. Brush with vinegar mixture several times during broiling.

Alternate method: Mix balsamic vinegar and honey as above. Marinate fish in mixture 1 hour. Grill on hot grill 5 minutes per side, brushing with marinade during grilling.

Both methods: serve with lemon and/or tarter sauce
