3 Cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 cup shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Blend in shortening with two
knives or a pastry tool. Cover and place in the fridge. When
needed, measure out these amounts.

8 Inch Pie - 1 1/4 cups
8 Inch double crust - 2 1/4 cups

Just moisten pastry mix with enough ice water to hold pastry
together when lightly pushed with a fork. Roll out on floured
board or cold counter.
