1 Envelope Lipton veggie soup mix
1 container of sour cream
1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1 package frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped
Directions:

In medium bowl combine all ingredients (chill for 2-hours).
