2 cans chopped artichokes, reserving liquid
3 oz. cream cheese
¾ cup grated Parmesan
1 cup mayo
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
cayenne to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, Parmesan and mayo with mixer til well blended. Add artichoke hearts, Worcestershire and cayenne. Mix well. Add 1/8 – 1/4 cup of the reserved liquid and mix well. Add more liquid if necessary for good consistency.

Bake in oven proof serving dish at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes or til nicely browned on top. Serve with carrots, broccoli, Melba Rounds or Wheat Thins.
