3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cub margarine or butter
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Chicken Breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread crumbs and cheese in large plastic bag. Combine margarine and mustard in bowl. Dip chicken in margarine mixture. Shake chicken in bag to coat with crumb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered until chicken is cooked all the way through (approximately 20-30 minutes).
