1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup milk
2 tbs. butter
1 tbs. minced onion
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 tsp oregano
1/2 cup red cooking wine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup ketchup

Pour milk on breadcrumbs. let stand 10 minutes. Addmeat,
onion and salt. Mix well. Shape into balls.
Melt butter in skillet and brown meatballs. Remove onto papter
In saucepan, stir together wine, ketchup and oregano. Add
meatballs. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
