Casserole:
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs slightly beaten
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup cream or milk
1½ teaspoons vanilla

Topping:
½ cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
½ cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all casserole ingredients together and pour into casserole dish.

Bombine topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole mixture
Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
