3-8 oz. packages of cream cheese
4 oz. crumbled bleau cheese
1 cup shredded shap cheddar cheese
1-8 oz. package chopped dates
1 cup golden raisins
½ cup toasted pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into 2 balls and roll in toasted pecans.
Serve with ginger snaps, sliced apples or pears.
Can freeze.
