5 pounds potatos
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
celery flakes
parsley flakes
4 cups of onions
½ pound of butter
1 regular size loaf bread, cubed
1 pint sour cream
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 5 pounds of potatoes, mash with sour cream, eggs and salt. Add parsley flakes and celery flakes to taste; Thin with milk and add more salt to taste.
Sautee onions in butter.
Add bread cubes and toss until coated with butter.
Mix bread/onion mixture with potato mixture.
Place in casserole dish and
Bake at 350º to 375º for 35 to 45 minutes
