1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
2-egg yolks
1 Tlbs boiling water
1 cup olive oil
1 Tlbs lemon juice
1 Tlbs vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend papriks, salt and dry mustard. use a torary beater, whip egg yolks and beat in dry ingredients. whip mixture and gradually add boiling water. Add olive oil, a tablespoon at a time, beating constantly (until 1/2 cup is used, then add oil a little faster) Gradually add lemon juice and mix well, then add vinegar last. Blend mixture throughly and keep in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
