1/2 hot water
1/2 brown sugar
1 lime juice
1t sesame oil
1c. sweet chili sauce or honey
2T fresh minced ginger
1/2 c. rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup srirachi (optional)

mix all together,refrigerate thin with water when needed,serve with summer rolls or chicken satay
